My wife, Diane, and I have lived in Swansboro for 27 years. We have been raising our two grandchildren here for the past 14 years. I have been part of the maintenance team since 2008 and have enjoyed every minute. I take it as a great honor to help maintain and improve our common areas for all to enjoy. I consider these areas as 'parks'. Thanks.

Roadside and Runway - 2019
The next round of roadside and runway vegetation spraying is scheduled for Wednesday, December 11th. This may change due to high winds as well as PG&E outages.
